| Joining the compulsory automobile liability insurance
This insurance is compulsory at the time of automobile safety inspection. You are not allowed to have your car inspected without this insurance, in other words, you cannot purchase a car without joining this insurance. This insurance is applicable to people only; it does not cover any damages to the vehicles. The maximum limit of the amount insured for a death of a person is 30,000,000, and 1,200,000 for an injury.

| Changing ownership and the discarding of vehicles

If you don't do this, you may keep receiving tax notices and get involved in a car accident or a crime without your knowledge. Please notify the department immediately. Please keep the number plate and automobile inspection certificate in a safe place as you will need them for the discarding of the vehicle or changing ownership. Please don't forget to notify the town revenue department when you discard or resell your light-duty vehicle. per fixed distance from the point where you get on the taxi. There is a charge for calling a taxi to a specific pickup place. As the meter is based on traveling time and distance, the fare increases per a set amount of time even though you are stationary due to traffic congestion. The taxi fares vary between companies.
